Borenius announces the opening of a representative office in London
We are delighted to announce that on 13 January 2020 we are opening a representative office in the City of London. The office of Borenius Attorneys Ltd is located opposite St Paul’s Cathedral in the Paternoster House, and its opening will enable us to supply more integrated and global services to our clients.
“London is a key market for Borenius,” comments Andrei Gusev, the firm’s Managing Partner in Russia. “As an independent law firm, we have many partners and clients in the UK who need qualified legal assistance in Finland, Russia and other former Soviet states. We are becoming closer to our partners, leading English and international law firms. This means that we are able to provide more comprehensive services and efficient cooperation. Opening a representative office in London is a natural development for our firm in an international context.”
Borenius was established in Helsinki in 1911. The firm now has five offices in four countries: Finland, Russia, the USA and the UK. The New York representative office opened in 2012, followed the next year by the opening of our Russian full-service office in St Petersburg. The firm numbers more than 200 professionals whose expertise and experience are praised every year by such international ranking institutions as Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and The Best Lawyers.
