One of the measures of state support for business during the pandemic is a ban on filing bankruptcy cases for taxpayers who have been most affected by the spread of the coronavirus infection, as well as for system-forming and strategic enterprises. On April 6, the government imposed a six-month moratorium on the bankruptcy of such companies, and provided accompanying guarantees.
