How a court forced lawyers to delete a good client review /

A company used a law firm’s services for five years and wrote a good review for it. The lawyers posted it on their website. Then the relationship soured and the client’s opinion changed. The former client demanded that the review be deleted because it was no longer true. The law firm refused and the courts had to decide whether the law firm should comply. There is no law about this, so they had to follow general legal principles and constitutional norms. It was the court of cassation that ultimately ended the case and an expert called its decision a “landmark.”
