Restoring corporate control. Advice to investors in Russia / CEE Legal Matters
A loss of corporate control is a complex concept which can describe various situations and encompass various scenarios. What is common to all cases when corporate control is lost is that a controlling person ceases to have the status or condition which previously enabled it to control actions and decisions taken by the company’s management bodies.
