Sanctions

Borenius Russia is a subsidiary of Borenius Finland (Borenius Attorneys Ltd.) and a sister company of our branch in New York (Borenius Attorneys P.C.). Borenius lawyers from different countries and different offices jointly carry out clients’ requests on a daily basis and supply one-stop shop services to a client. With lawyers in the Borenius family who are qualified under different EU and US legal systems, we have developed and maintain competencies in EU and US sanctions regulations and regularly explain to our Russian and foreign clients the corresponding provisions of such regulations. Our work in this field comprises both an assessment of specific situations and the development of what we refer to as the ‘sanctions policies’ of companies.
